What are my payment choices?
During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.
We accept payment via Paypal, if you do not have a Paypal account you can still pay with VISA, Mastercard, American Express through Paypal.
Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping cost as a shipping option, your order will be shipped via regular air mail which does not include tracking and should arrive within 6-8 business days (shipping time may vary depending on location).
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. We recommend you to select shipping methods that include tracking, eg. Expedited, Xpresspost. You will be able to track your order online at www.canadapost.ca.

Shipping within Canada
- Xpresspost™ - Xpresspost™ is a shipping service for documents, packets and parcels that provides fast, guaranteed delivery at a much lower cost than courier services. Delivery standards are next day for regional mail, and two days national mail. Includes: Delivery Confirmation, Guaranteed On-time Delivery and $100.00 CAD Liability Coverage.
- Expedited Parcel™ - This service provides ground parcel shipping within Canada. Delivery standards are 1-3 days for mail within a single region of Canada, and 2-7 days for mail between two regions of Canada. It includes liability coverage for $100.00 CAD and the option to select delivery confirmation and guaranteed on-time delivery at no charge. Package types include parcel, envelope, and flat rate box.

- Expedited Parcel-USA™ - This service provides ground shipping for packages and parcels destined for U.S. addresses and post office boxes. Delivery standards are 6-12 business days. It includes delivery confirmation and liability coverage for $100 CAD . Package types include parcel and flat rate box.
- USA Air Small Packets™ - This is an economical service for shipping small and lightweight items via air. The maximum weight for a Small Packets item to the United States is 1kg. Delivery standards are 4-10 business days. Includes: $100.00 CAD Liability Coverage.
- USA Surface Small Packets™ - This is an economical service for shipping small and lightweight items via ground. The maximum weight for a Small Packets item to the United States is 1kg. Delivery standards are 6-12 business days. Includes: $100.00 CAD Liability Coverage.
- Xpresspost™-USA - Xpresspost™-USA provides fast, guaranteed, on-time delivery with delivery confirmation for documents, packages, and parcels destined for addresses and Post Office boxes in the United States. Delivery standards are 3-5 business days between major urban centres. Includes: Delivery Confirmation, Guaranteed On-Time Delivery, and $100.00 CAD Liability Coverage.
Shipping to international destinations
- International Air Small Packets™ - This is an economical service for shipping small and lightweight items. The maximum weight for a Small Packets item to other international destinations is 2 kg. Small Packets must be posted in Canada for delivery in foreign country, and must bear a Canadian return address. Delivery standards are 6-10 business days. Includes: $100.00 CAD Liability Coverage.
- International Surface Small Packets™ - This is an economical service for shipping small and lightweight items. The maximum weight for a Small Packets item to other international destinations is 2 kg. Small Packets must be posted in Canada for delivery in foreign country, and must bear a Canadian return address. Delivery standards are 4-6 weeks. Includes: $100.00 CAD Liability Coverage.
- Xpresspost™-International - Xpresspost™-International provides fast, guaranteed, on-time delivery with delivery confirmation for documents, packages, and parcels destined for participating countries. Delivery standards are 4-7 business days between major urban centres. Includes: Delivery Confirmation, Guaranteed On-Time Delivery, and $100.00 CAD Liability Coverage.
Customs
In some cases additional customs/duty charges may be added when crossing the border - these charges are the responsibility of the buyer and cannot be calculated in advance. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
What is the return policy?
You may return any unopened item within 15 days of receiving your orders for a full refund. To return, follow this procedure: Send us an email at returns@dangbox.com with your invoice# (can be found in your packing slip). Please also state the reason for returning (damaged, incorrect shipment, other reasons) and if you'd like the item(s) replaced or refunded. We'll return your email as soon as possible and provide you with an Order Return Number while verifying your claim. Pack the return items using our shipping box (preferred) or your own. Return using trackable mail so we can both be sure that the return items gets back to Dangbox.com. We will refund or replace your order as soon as we have received your return, provided the item is in stock. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If Dangbox has shipped you the wrong item in error (the item you received does not match your order invoice), we will ship your new item for free. Simply email us at returns@dangbox.com explaining the error. Once your returned item arrives back to Dangbox, your new item will be shipped to you for free**. Please see below for Rules & Conditions.
Rules & Conditions
- Items must be returned within 15 days of the day you received your order in 100% new condition.
- A copy of the packing slip/invoice (included inside the package of every shipment) with Order Return Number (print a copy of the email you received from Dangbox) must accompany all returns.
- Please be advised, your refund will only be processed once the item has been received by Dangbox, safe and sound. Therefore, it is advisable to always purchase shipping insurance when returning items and to take care when packaging your returns. Refunds cannot be provided for uninsured items that have been lost or damaged in the mail.
- Shipping & handling costs are non-refundable.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for refund.
- Please allow 5-7 business day of return receipt for refunds to be processed. A refund will be issued only to the original credit card or paypal account.
** Shipping costs and free shipping exclude any additional duty charges that may be incurred at customs.
